Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
• The item has not been worn, used, or damaged, and is returned in its original condition and packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
You can return your item in one of the following ways:
1. In-person return to our warehouse at:
5 Tel Giborim St., Tel Aviv – 3rd floor, room 321 (E-House offices).
2. Pick-up service – a courier can collect the package from your address at a cost of ₪35, which will be deducted from your refund.
Once the item has been received at our warehouse and passed quality inspection, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within up to 7 business days from confirmation.
Please note:
• For hygiene reasons, lingerie, earrings, and intimate accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds
After receiving your item we will examine it and notify you, by e-mail, that we have received the returned item. Immediately after inspecting the item, we will inform you of the status of your refund. You will receive the credit within a maximum of 14 days from the date of confirmation of the item’s return.

In the event a transaction is canceled, the customer will pay the cost of shipping the product back to the company. If the return and credit are approved, as stated in the Refunds section, the company will credit the customer for the cost of return shipping.
