  • Our courier will deliver the shipment to you within 5 working days ( for the regular shipping method) or use the "next-day delivery service."
  • Depending on the shipping method you have chosen. If the order was placed before 14:00, it will be delivered after 2 days(in case you have chosen the next-day delivery).
  • After placing an order the product and payment have been approved.
  • After the order has been confirmed and entered, the company will verify the customer’s details with the credit card company.
  • After the order is approved, a notification will be sent to you.

  • Items can be returned or exchanged up to 14 days from the date of receipt.
  • For Swimwear orders, exchange costs of home delivery and pickup will be payed by the customer.
  • If a transaction is canceled, the customer will pay the cost of shipping the product back to the company.
Pre-Order Policy
1. What is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order reserves a product that is not yet available for immediate shipping. The estimated shipping date will be noted on the product page at the time of purchase.
2. Payment:
Payment for pre-order items is collected in full at checkout to secure your item.
3. Shipping:
Pre-order items will ship on or around the estimated shipping date noted at the time of purchase. Please note that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (weather, production delays, or courier issues).
4. Cancellations:
You may cancel your pre-order at any time before the item has shipped, subject to a cancellation fee in accordance with applicable law (5% of the order value or 100 ILS, whichever is lower), unless otherwise stated in our store policy.
5. Changes:
We reserve the right to update the estimated shipping date if necessary. In the event of any delay, customers will be notified via email.
